Very nice fridge. It’s not loud at all! Works great!

Less than 2 years old and have already replaced the air circulation fan 2 times. Without the fan, cold air does not circulate from the freezer to the refrigerator. Thank goodness I had enough mechanical skill to replace the fan myself, rather than paying $$$ to a serviceman. The door shelves in the Frigidaire are a joke. They keep popping our of place and spilling bottles and cans on the floor. Right now the shelves are held in place with Gorilla duct tape. The second hand Hotpoint refrigerator that came with our home purchase 8 years ago has never had a problem. I am disappointed that Frigidaire is unable to manufacture a reliable product.

Not happy with this purchase. It doesnt hold bulky storage containers or more than two gallons of milk on each compartment without it looking like the glass will buckle.

my was really bad made,, finished really awful, scratches everywhere, dent on the side,, door borders stain ,,really mad when to best buy and exchanged

Door is all scratched. Door inside all falls out. Scratched and horrible item. Don’t buy. I hate fridge.

Large fridge, plenty space, great for a second fridge to store bulk items. Horrible quality; stopped cooling appropriately after 1.5 years.

The cooling stops working one month after 1 year. I could solve problem yet.

It’s a bit noisy but unless you sleep in your kitchen it shouldn’t bother you. I have the brushed steel version of this in my townhouse. It’s been going great since 2011. It keeps my food nice and cold and ice cream in the freezer is hard and solid. I love the detachable rails and the wide shelves inside the door. Since so many pieces are easy to remove, cleaning is quick and thorough. The boxy design of the interior allows for a lot of storage space in both the fridge and freezer sections. It’s a practical, no frills refrigerator but it works great and won’t let you down. I just bought the white version for a rental property too.

This is a great refrigerator, lots of space in the freezer and runs fairly silent. There is a slight hum when its on, but its not noticeable unless you're standing right next to it. I'm 6ft tall and this refrigerator is almost as tall as me. Ordering was a breeze, but the delivery was a nightmare. There was a dent on the side of it, but it doesn't affect the performance and I wasn't too concerned about it

Lasted us and does the job! Had to return once, but second unit holding on strong!

I bought this fridge, and the first time it was delivered, there was a giant dent in the side. The second one I had delivered, the freezer would not get cold enough to freeze ice cream, so I had another exchange. I'm on my third fridge right now, but this one seems to be functioning as intended so that's nice. I took off a couple of stars because these seem to have inconsistent quality, so definitely keep an eye on it during the 15 day grace period from Best Buy. The door shelves are also a little flimsy and have gaps in them, so smaller stuff may slide through it. Other than that, the fridge does the job.

Swapped this unit from a Whirpool (thanks BB) in the hope it would work in cold weather in my Northern NJ garage. It was better, but not good enough so it ended up in my basement.
