Great features. Easy to arrange shelves the way we like. Definitely no ice build up in the month we've had it. Love that it is always at zero. The ice cream section is too cold so ice cream is too hard. It should have come with more door baskets - there is too much wasted space in door. And additional baskets are expensive.

Easy to organize. Just wished it had one more shelf for the door.

I selected this model for its temp control on outside of door, its left side handle, frost-free, more than one inside light, and size similar to my Montgomery Ward 1994 purchase. This needs 3 more half width door trays and one more full width shelf to be sufficient. So far no problems with it running. I believe it may have been assembled in the US but no one was able to tell me if it was. Installation was a circus.

:Great size for everything, 2 nice nice baskets-1 basket fit a 1/4 cow that we purchased! The ice cream section keeps ice cream frozen but not unscoopable for easy eating! The digital thermometer on the outside of the door is great so we do not have to open door to see the temperature. Very spacious!

Lots of storage space. However, were three additional doors in the pics. Had to buy these as extras for an additional $75

Lots of room, good interior layout, outside temperature gauge. If you need a big, upright freezer, I would recommend this one. Great delivery from Best Buy and they take away your old freezer.

Overhall a good produced, appearance is good and I like the lighting however the shelving is not good, they are hard to move and appear light duty.

Very well insulated, LED lights are great, and color markers to segment foods in drawers. It displays the inside temperature clearly and will sound an alarm if you leave the door open too long. The only caveat would be that the seal on this is so strong, that the door doesn't open easily.

This freezer is exactly what my wife wanted. Very well lit up, adjustable shelving, large drawers, good space on the door.

I love all the features this Freezr has.The bright light location so you can see from every ware.the Bins are the greatest thing ever.so easy to locate things without having to dig through everything.Will have to buy more Bins for the Door.Overall a great Freezer.

We purchased this upright freezer to replace a 20+ year-old Kenmore chest freezer. While it may not hold as much as the old chest freezer, what it does hold is much more accessible and viewable. I could never see or reach what was in the bottom of the old freezer, so a lot of food eventually got wasted and thrown out. I like the digital temperature display on the outside of the appliance and the ability to better organize its contents. Interestingly, the freezer came without a couple screws necessary to attach the handle, but Frigidaire sent me what I needed in short order.

Frigidaire 20.5 cubic foot freezer has ample room for all our needs. Fits 210 lb pig, frozen veggies, frozen dinners, bulk lunch meat, hot dogs, bacon,bread.... So much room. Great for saving money for buying meat in bulk when on sale!

Excellent product with a safety lock to protect integrity of materials. Only thing I will add is more cabinets for the doors. I really like the little window with easy view of the internal temperature. Good price for a nice product.

This freezer is perfect and I would absolutely recommend it/buy it again if I ever needed to. Pros: -Holds a tight seal -Soft zone truly works to keep things frozen but not hard as a rock -Spacious layout and use of baskets/shelves allows for various uses -Digital display allows for precise temperature control -Functions so you never have to go through a full defrost cycle like the older freezers did Cons: -At times is louder than I'd like, but if it's in a garage or auxiliary room this isn't a big deal -The seal is sometimes too tight, so if you have to go into it multiple times in a short time frame, you have to press the seal open first before opening the door (this is a good thing, but annoying when you pull the door and can't open it) -- only an issue until the air has pressurized inside and the door is easy to open again

We upgraded to this from our small chest freezer. It is nice to be able to find things without having to empty the freezer. The light is great and makes it easy to see everything in the freezer. I would like to have more door shelves but I saw in other reviews that you could order them online. I feel like i should be able to fit more things in this freezer than I can just based on the exterior size, but with the thicker wall insulation you can't, which I can understand since that will help everything stay cold for longer in case of a power outage. Other reviews stated that this freezer didn't last a long time so only time will tell for us since we just got this freezer a couple months ago.

Love this product. Researched it online, and found this one at a great price (Black Friday deal) at a local store. Smooth, hasslefree transaction at store with easy delivery set-up. Was delivered with a dent at one corner (deliver box wasn't damaged), but outer damage not affecting functionality. Best Buy graciously offered a discount or replacement.

This is a large upright freezer. It has a user friendly interior and an alarm that goes off if the temp goes up.

I looked and looked for a vertical freezer to fit my needs and found this one. It is perfect! However, BE AWARE, do NOT order this offline if you have the choice. The customer service I received was the worst ever. By far and away the worst buying experience I've ever had. The people in store are much better to deal with.
