I had a Frigidaire upright freezer prior to this one that was damaged when my basement flooded. I replaced it with this model, which is the same size as the first one but has the digital display and alarms if the temperature goes above freezing or the door is not properly closed. The freezer got cold very quickly when it was installed and has worked perfectly since I got it. The freezer is very spacious and has extra features, such as the place on the door where you can keep ice cream frozen but soft enough to scoop. Frigidaire has good customer service based on my experience with the damaged freezer.

I love the quick freeze options because it doesn't take long for meat put in the freezer to freeze hard. My other freezer takes hours.

Store sales guys were more than helpful. Freezer quiet and has all the features such as frost free and digital screen options at a great price. Last freezer was frigidaire and will stick with this brand.

I have only had the freezer about 6 weeks. I love that the temperature gauge is on the outside of the freezer door. It has alot of room inside. The only draw back is there should be more shelves on the door other than that I would have rated as a 5.

Easy to assemble, lots of storage space, simple to use (good for me!) really like having the extra space the freezer offers, I recommend!

Great Freezer. The space in it is huge. Got it in the scratch & dent center for a great price. Operates perfectly and is very quite.

Easy to access, can see on front what the temp is and if freezer is working. Has plenty of shelves and storage drawer.

This was purchased to replace a smaller deep freeze, and after all the ratings and reviews we chose it for our needs. Great interior space with the rack and basket configuration for our needs, nice to have the color coded replaceable handles for the baskets. Very fast in cooling down when we set it up, and it works great for rapid cooling when we transferred the food and put in new items as well. Seems to be running a lot less often, time and electric bills will tell the final verdict.

This is a good upright freezer. Has all that is needed in a freezer!! Organized for easy access !! Also is spacious !!

This is the best deep freezer I have owned. It's so well lit, has moving drawers, and takes up little land space.

With only a few weeks usage, my wattmeter says it will consume 450KWH/year or slightly less which appears good for an upright. I put the wattmeter on it after it seemed it was running a large percentage of the time. Good sealing on the door. Can be hard to brake vacuum and get it open. The baskets under the shelves are nice, Decent shelf spacing allows densely packing goods. It seems odd there are no exterior cooling coils. Just the sides of the unit get warm to the touch. No way to level the rear footings. I must be old fashioned, but I'd have been as happy with wire mesh shelves. Worry the glass is going to break if hit too hard. Wish an additional door shelf was included.

Had to buy a freezer unexpectedly. Went to BB and the associate showed us freezers on the computer station as this store does not carry them. Found one that keeps items rock solid frozen. It can be switched to a refrigerator mode if needed, but that is why the old one got replaced. Shelving and drawer features are a real plus. Interior lighting is very illuminating. Great appliance, recommend it if you want a large upright freezer.

Has a large capacity. Great suction on the seal. Color coded clips for drawers to organize your food.

The freezer is so quiet and keeps constant temperature. Lighting in it is even and so no dark areas.

Very pleased with the freezer nice bins great size holds a lot and it's convent to use.

This freezer is in my garage in Arizona and does a great job even in the summer.

We've had this upright freezer for almost 18 months, and it's worked well - no problems at all to report. It's pretty spacious inside, well designed and adjustable shelving, and the delivery by BestBuy was done professionally. We get a few power outages through the year, and the freezer notifies you when it's lost power for an extended period with a faint tone that is played every 30 second to 1 minute.

I have enjoyed the product but just as important, the service. The latest sale was honored although it had expired. The product was delivered and installed within a couple of days.

The freezer was very nice but the door was so hard to open we could not keep it and they re-ordered a new one for us. I hope the next one works out for us. Best Buy was great on understanding and the re-order.

Great freezer, does what it is supposed to - freezes food. I like the fact that it seals very tightly when shut, it will keep the little kids out.
