The only real issue so far was that it was stuck in Demo mode and the delivery technicians were not able to reprogram it correctly.

We’ve had this freezer since 2016. So far, we’ve had zero problems. With that said, the alarm that lets you know the door has been left open is extremely quiet. With kids at home, we’ve lost a few freezers full of food because they haven’t shut the door all the way, and we couldn’t hear the alarm until we went out into the garage the next day. For this reason, I would not recommend this product.

Our old freezer had to be defrosted and it was horrible to go through this. With our new frost free one, its wonderful not to have to do this.

Replaced our old freezer with another like we bought because we like this freezer. The new freezer has less door space/not as many shelves which causes wasted space & shelves close together causing more wasted space at top shelf, dont want to stack food that high.

Works great. Lots of room. Would be even better if it came with more door bins. Had problems with getting product deluvered

I purchased this upright freezer, because I was tried of digging through my chest freezer. It works great! It has plenty of regular shelves, as well as door shelves. I can separate the different types of meats, and they are much easier to view and to access.

I would recommend this freezer to everyone out there it's so convenient especially with the locking system on it I love it

We replaced a very old 16 cu ft freezer unit with this one. So far so good. Sits in our garage and it makes some noise with it being so cold out there but overall it seems to work well. The door needs more bins and we ended up buying three more and now the space is fully utilized. The three bins cost $105 and we think it should come with them which is why I rated 4 star instead of 5. Overall we've had it for about a month and no complaints at this point.

I would recommend this to everyone. Love that it has to alarm that tell you if the door is open to long

this is replacing an aged manual defrost that was still chugging along but who knew for how much longer. I really like the lighting inside makes finding items a breeze. The energy usage is very acceptable and the design while not perfect is pretty user friendly

Freezer is fantastic...it freezes! Way more room and the interior lights are a huge plus.

This is the 5th year I've had this freezer and it's excellent!!! No problem at all and has worked everyday, 24hrs a day since July 2015 when I bought it. Excellent freezer and spacious!!!

The Geek Squad did a good job delivering this item. Was bigger than expected. I don't really like the glass shelves inside, but most freezers have them now. I love the baskets that comes with it. I am very please with this purchase. No problems.

It is bigger than my last freezer. Love the suction. The door is hard to open due to the amazing seal and suction. Many drawers and shelves to organize your food. I organize by type of food.

Unit looks ok and is working fine; not sure I will like the electronic controls. We have not had great durability with appliances that have electronics but of course that's the future. Freezer has a very tight seal, which is good but when you pull hard to open it the hold thing slides. The leveling feet don't seem to grip the floor very well. I have not yet been able to adjust the shelves; the shelve installation does not appear to match the instruction manual. We were disappointed the freezer only came with 3 door storage bins when it can easily accommodate 6, I am checking to see if this accessory is available for purchase. The unit appears to be well built, but my wife did notice several minor dents on each side which appear to be present due to the manufacturing process to me; I don't believe it was due to shipping since I watch the guys unload and unpack the appliance and they did a good job of that with no issues.
