Even though I bought this on October 7th it was delivered on November 3rd. So, I have only had it 2 days. For $999.99 It definitely needs to come with more door shelves.

Our freezer had died, we were really glad to find this one at Best Buy. The door is sometimes difficult to open, but that may be how it keeps everything so cold!

I put this freezer in my garage to store meat, entrees and desserts for my family of six. It works great and allows for less trips to the grocery store.

Love the capacity and LED lighting makes it easy to see everything. I would have liked a couple additional door shelves, but you can buy them separately at many sites.

The customer service and delivery of my freezer was HORRIBLE. When it FINALLY was delivered I learned that I had to purchase additional shelves for the door. But the product itself was a great purchase.

Experience is good and delivery was on time and excellent. So far it's working good . It's a very good size sufficient for full home .Happy with purchase .

Love it! Has all the bells and whistles and I love that I can adjust the shelves.

This freezer has a lot of storage space. Things are readily visible. So there is no searching for things.

I am being using fridgedare product from last 15yrs. I returned this and bought stainless steel 2in 1 freezer.as per my knowledge all products works good first few yrs then start giving problem after the warranty period is over. but fridgedare last little longer than Samsung n LG. its simple and long lasting

This freezer is a replacement for a similar model that persisted in overheating. We have been VERY impressed with the Customer Service provided from Best Buy. When we brought our complaint about our malfunctioning freezer to the store manager, he without a seconds hesitation, said:"We'll fix that situation for you, because it is too dangerous to let it continue." So we have our new replacement freezer that is comparable to the original, and so far, no complaints. We expected it to be noisy and it is, but it is doing the job of keeping the food frozen and not overheating. It is really too early to tell if there will be any issues with this model.

Replaced a chest freezer with this freezer. Very large upright freezer! Control as are easy and the freezer stays cold. Great Purchase!!

This unit has a lot of space. It replaced a freezer that broke down after 12 years. The digital display is a nice plus. I would have given it 5 stars if it had wheels.

Our new freezer has plenty of room and nice shelving. Like being able to see the internal temperature on the outside of the door.

Easy to setup and get started. Freezer temperature on the door is a good way to always know the freezer is keeping food safe.

This is a great freezer and has been doing a great job, it is very quiet and keeps everything at 0. Runs very little.

Love seeing temperature without having to open the freezer. Wish the door could be converted to open other direction.

Lots of room for the food we store for a jarhead husband and three teenage boys. Love being able to set the temperature!

It does have plenty of room and some great shelves but they got a little chincy on the door bins. Could use a couple more. Cooled down quickly on install.

it was a great buy for your money and so easy to use and find what you need easy without having to dig for it

Has lots of shelves and storage compartments for different items and seems to be solidly built
