I purchased this freezer to replace an old one. The layout is excellent and I am very pleased with it so far. Would definitely recommend this particular freeze to everyone.

We've had it for a few months and I've called in the warranty repair man to fix the noise but since it wasn't doing it when he came he couldn't diagnose it. Now he won't come back until its a constant loud noise or it quits working. My luck is it will be out of warranty by then. I don't know if the're all this loud or if something is wrong with mine but at least once a day it makes a loud pulsing sound and in general the fan runs a lot and is also excessively loud. It's in a room bellow our master bathroom and we can easily hear it from our adjacent bedroom with the bathroom door still closed. I'm going to see if Best buy will let me return it. Also it isn't efficient enough for the Rocky mountain power rebate like the salesman said it was and I would be able to get

good value and easy to organize and find food inside.

I bought My freezer in June 2013 and in January it started messing up! It just would not get colder than 25 degrees, so I called 706-860-4110 and they gave me a local appliance repair number so hopefully we can get the issue fixed.

This was exactly what we were looking for and at a great price.

If I could give this freezer zero stars I would. It's junk. Within 30 days of purchasing this freezer it quit working and we lost everything inside it. They came out and had to replace the compressor. Thankfully this $673 repair bill was covered under the warranty. Five weeks later, it has failed AGAIN and everything inside is thawed. They are refusing to replace it and want to repair it again. Save yourself a lot of trouble and lost food and avoid this freezer!

...Don't get me wrong, we love the freezer, but the lock is an important feature for us. We had it delivered and the lock didn't work. (and by the way it came with a stupid little plastic key.) So we had a repairman come out and he said he'd have to take the whole door apart. So, we opted to just replace the whole freezer. New freezer comes, same problem. He bent the hook back and forth and even broke off some of the plastic on the door of our brand new freezer...well, it locks now, but it's still tricky and I can see there being problems in the future. How can a company come up with a nice product and put such a piece of junk lock in it. The lock may not matter to some people, but it's important to us. If they were to fix this, it would be a great product, and I would give it five stars.

The freezer would not cool when we plugged it in. Temp. was 48 deg. after being turned on for 24 hours. Waited a month to get it because they had to order it. Now they have to order another one. Otherwise I don't know of anything else wrong with it.

I had 4 of them all 4 were junk finally got my money back!
