I wanted a basic fridge, but is missing some organizational items, such egg holder and butter container. I had to buy shelves so that foof is not on top of each other. Not sure how strong the door shelves are. Also it doesn't cool evenly. The food in the back froze (like the lettuce box).

I like the fridge itself, especially the wide deli bin and the adjustable shelves, but it started forming ice crystals around the freezer door seal right away. We had it returned and replaced with a new one, same model, and now that one is forming ice crystals. It is a real hassle to get in touch with Best Buy on the phone for customer service.

I like the refrigerator but not even 30min after delivery the freezer door falls off. The bracket on top is totally detached. I'll update when I receive the replacement refrigerator.

Bought appliance back in June 2024. Not even 6 months later, the cooling unit is fried. Best Buy pushes you to connect with the manufacturer, which is hard to do. Then, the manufacturer has you reach out to a service person to schedule/confirm service appt. It's a lot of unnecessary rigamoral.

Seems to work fine but the craftsmanship leaves a lot to be desired. You can visibly see glue where the freezer door is put together. Maybe this was a re-sell but not disclosed to me as such? Not sure but I won’t be buying another Best Buy appliance.

Nothing but problems. Door opens on the wrong side; there's a crack in the freezer; constant delays in getting assistance. Initially frig was delayed 30 days and now there''s another 30 day delay to get a replacement. Time line keeps changing. Wish I never made this purchase!!

Defective, cost us money

Delivered and set up- never cooled correctly. After 2 service calls found to have non repairable internal leak, Fridgedaire “bought back” w/out reimbursing sales tax or removing unit. We bought a different brand and had to pay have this one removed. All this occurred over a 3 month period, never having a working frig. Disappointed in brand and service (not the repair service- they were great but unable to help). No more Fridgedaire appliances for us.

From the beginning, when the temperature gauge was set to the coldest setting, the refrigerator froze. But when it was set to almost coldest, it was too warm. 9 months after buying, the freezer stopped freezing and everything in it melted.
