Fan was bad when received.. frigidaire had it fuxed but had no use for 4 weeks

It’s was delivered and missing parts and also it took long for pats to get deliver and no one followed up with me I expected better service from beat buy

The doors did not close on their own, we had to push them. There were no handles for either freezer or fridge.

We Love our New refrigerator! The delivery went flawless the Technicians were extremely professional and Quick! The refrigerator came in excellent condition and works! We just got it about half hour ago and it is already cooling, and completely quiet! I Highly recommend getting this and if not this refrigerator getting your refrigerator from Best Buy!!!! Definitely worth the Price Thank You Best Buy you never disappoint!!

Fits perfect in our garage for a spare refrigerator. Nice size for beverages and food.

owned for 2 weeks and we both love it. It is spacious and the freezer gets to 0F, and frig gets to < 34F. This one was selected because it had good reviews and it would fit in the existing space easily. Best Buy Delivery personal were very good. Olive oil on SS helps to prevent fingerprints. and is easy to clean up.

This fridge has been working out so far. It's good for our small space. The only thing is that sometimes the hinge to the door makes a cracking sound when you open or close it.

I think that the delivery crew was really helpful. They knew how to get the refrigerator through the back door entrance. They found that they had to remove the back door to make the opening large enough for the new refrigerator. They even set the refrigerator up so that it was standing at an even and level on our kitchen floor. They also put the back door in place after bringing the new refrigerator into the house. They also explained about when to put food items into the refrigerator. They also set the temperature of the refrigerator and freezer properly. The piece of new equipment is working extremely well.

A great value on this fridge. It is quiet running and reach in convenient. Well lighted and the controls are user friendly. Only one thing confusing is the middle drawer. The two crisper drawers are on smooth easy rollers, but the middle drawer slides on plastic tracks. Not smooth like the other two. Not sure of the why in this design? All around though, a great fridge

Great fridge except no light in the freezer. I'm surprised that nobody has mentioned this in the reviews so far. It was the first thing we noticed when they installed it in my mom's kitchen. Too bad these manufacturers have to be so cheap. Otherwise it's fine. Buyer beware. Do you want a light in the freezer? It doesn't have one.

Besides not having an ice machine it is great.it fits good and looks good.

I marvel at the decisons manufacturers make these days and how short sighted they are. This fridge is very well thought out. It was packaged up very carefully and thoughtfully, and at first glance seemed like a winner with a real value on the dollar. Whelp my parents on a retirement income bought it i helped them install it. At first blush it seemed to work great. As the freezer started to cool down a horrendous buzzing noise developed and after an hour it was unbearable. Now i had to help them decide if they should live with it, contact Frigidaire and send out a tech, or return it. They waited at least a month for this thing and i made a special trip 4 hours out of my way to help them install it because best buy wont deliver to their address. I didnt feel like going through this again with a second one so i took the freezer access door off to see for myself what was going on. What I found was just cheap crappy design that made it obvious what was causing the issue. The plastic door has Styrofoam behind it, and the only thing holding it on the door is a plastic ring with 3 screws innthr center top where the fan sits. The evaporator fan just clips into a plastic cradle and floats in it with a ton of play, so it of course vibrates. The cradle is a part of the ring that screws into the door panel and what happens is as the fan gets colder it starts to vibrate and given all the foam is loose except where the ring attached that starts to vibrate and its awful. After seening this, its clear to me its designed this way. I did not trust a tech coming out because there was a nonzero chance they would try to con my elderly parents into accepting it was working like it should. I decided to take matters into my own hands and put backer rod in gaps around the Styrofoam and plastic door to hold it in place then taped all the edges down. I also stuffed some material to cushion the fan so it couldn't vibrate as much. Net result is the freezer is now silent and functioning perfectly. You mean to tell me no one at Frigidaire spent an hour testing this design, or spend an extra buck on some tape? This thing was wrapped in 2 miles of tape and probably $20 worth of packing materials but they couldn't be bothered to make sure it actually worked acceptably and spend the $1 in materials to prevent this? Its not just Frigidaire this how everything is now but rather than me raving about what an awesome refrigerator my parents bought im blasting it for the poor quality and poor attention to detail. There are other issues with this fridge that makes it clear to me the assemblers don't care or it was built on a Friday and I will be seriously shocked if it lasts over a year but after simple modifications by me that they could have done at the factory it is now a passable unit. Hope others have better luck than we did. I also hope it lasts a few years but i dont have much hope.

So glad I purchased this refrigerator...very roomy, love the vegetable and lunch meat drawers... I'm a senior and have plenty of room... everything inside looks nice and neat with room to spare...

Works great, looks very clean! Perfect applance! The vegetables and fruit drawers are easily adjustable.
