The first fridge broke down in just 2 months after taking delivery. It took BB and their so called service company 17 days to respond. After many calls and emails and my determination, BB finally made it right and sent me a new replacement. Thanks again.

Posted .Hello, DanaC. It's great to hear that the refrigerator is working well for you, except for the concerns about the noises. High-efficiency refrigerators may introduce unfamiliar sounds. These sounds normally indicate the refrigerator is operating correctly. Some surfaces on floors, walls, and kitchen cabinets may make these sounds more noticeable.You will see the normal operating sound in the Complete Owner's Guide manual for noise issue.
