    This is the worst refrigerator both for functionability and for serviceability. Very few storage drawers made organizing food difficult. It only ran for 5 months before it started making a very loud noise and quit cooling. Bust Buy Total Tech did not honor the conditions of purchase through them, even though the refrigerator was clearly shown as being purchased under our Total Tech program. Incredibly disappointing!! Don't buy this piece of crap and beware of Best Buy.

    Damaged right out of the box and did a exchange and it was damaged right out of the box worse than the first one!

    I have called to let them know it came with a broken side bin, but no one has come to check nor called. The fridge does not work as thought. Is not as cold ...Therefore, I gave it a 2 Will upgrade when it's fixed.

    Got it installed and the Freezer does not get cold enough the freeze anything. Ice maker also does not work.

    We had this brand new refrigerator installed on 10/24/2022. The delivery & installation went well and the guys hooked it up and told us to give it a couple hours to get cool. It has never got cold. Not the refrigerator nor the freezer. We ended up throwing away hundreds of dollars of food and are now waiting for a service technician to come out to inspect. Terrible start to our experience!

    A pool of water collected on the inside of refrigerator underneath bottom bin. Water droplets came out of vent holes in refrigerator also. Noisy motor. It looked great on outside, but lots wrong inside refrigerator.

For water leak issues, we have to check for visible cracks on the water filter. Cracks in the water filter can cause leaking in the cabinet, along with slow or no water at the door. Ensure as well that the door is closed properly; leaving the door open causes air leaks, which can cause the evaporator to ice up, causing water to leak from the bottom. Close the door. The unit should restore itself to normal settings. Your new, high-efficiency unit may introduce unfamiliar sounds. These sounds normally indicate that your appliance is operating correctly. Some surfaces on floors, walls, and kitchen cabinets may make these sounds more noticeable. You will see normal operating sound on your Complete Owner's Guide on Page 22.     One of the worst appliances I have ever purchased. I would definitely not buy this again. The water tray cracked already and we do not have it hooked up. One of the indicator lights has never worked.

    It is broken. Does not work at all. Trying to contact Best Buy since the installation and no success. I want it to be replaced, ASAP, as I don't have my old one that was working fine.
