Very few storage drawers made organizing food difficult. It only ran for 5 months before it started making a very loud noise and quit cooling. Bust Buy Total Tech did not honor the conditions of purchase through them, even though the refrigerator was clearly shown as being purchased under our Total Tech program. Incredibly disappointing!! Don't buy this piece of crap and beware of Best Buy.

Frigidaire does not cool

The delivery & installation went well and the guys hooked it up and told us to give it a couple hours to get cool. It has never got cold. Not the refrigerator nor the freezer. We ended up throwing away hundreds of dollars of food and are now waiting for a service technician to come out to inspect. Terrible start to our experience!
