    The freezer drawer falls off and gets jammed on the bottom. I had best buy come out to look at it and they told me it cannot be fixed because it is just poor design.

    Absolute garbage. Bought it late November 2022. Freezer quit working April 1 2023. Unbelievable. Repair person can't come for 10 days. Absolutely infuriating.
