This Product was the worst. Shelves just snapped in side doors. Water Filter Cracked and water spilled inside. Tried calling and this was not good. I will not buy Frigidaire again.

I love this refrigerator. Some of the reviews on this unit prior purchasing stated that it was loud. I do not experience this. Yes, when the ice maker is making ice and dropping it, it is audible. But it certainly isn't loud. The noise is to be expected. I love it!

We started having issues with this fridge 1 year in and now after 3 years we are having to replace it. Will stick with Whirlpool appliances from now on.

This is the cheapest side by side stainless steel (silver) refrigerator that fits my 33 wide opening. Delivery was perfect, it is easy to adjust the wheels settings with a Phillips screwdriver or wrench. Once the water line is connected, it started leaking from underneath. I remove the cardboard access panel on the back and found the plastic water intake pipe was loose. Firmly re-seated the tube and no more leaks. Jut for reference the entire water intake unit from your house line to the fridge is all plastic. I don't think a metal one is made, frankly all fridges may be the same, this is my first water dispenser. Running 7 days now and no leaks, hoping it will stay together since the valve and tube is connected by some kind of lock system. I wasn't able to pull it back out afterwards so that may be a good thing. Other than that snag, cooling works fine, ice maker works (takes 24 hours to create a bucket of ice as it says in the manual). Also from other reviewers I was afraid of that leak issue but remedied quickly. When dispensing water it does make some kind of pressure release mechanism from the bottom of the fridge but nothing broken. The compressor does make noise when cooling, but my kitchen is on the 1st floor and bedroom is on the 2nd so I don't hear it. And I do have a fairly open space. From past experiences, it doesn't make loud noises as others have commented. It is a fridge, compressor does make noise, so no reason to be discouraged unless you sleep right next to it or possibly a light sleeper in the room next door. The interior lights are incandescent bulbs, why can't they make LED, well it is on the higher trims if you are willing to pay more. BB doesn't have this floor model so I took a chance, hopefully reliability and longevity will be good.

Only a few refrigerators will fit in the spot we have and this one was way cheaper than the others. I read reviews of this refrigerator and almost did not buy it because of some saying that it was loud. I rolled the dice on it and I am glad that I did. It is not loud at all. Can't even hear it. Really nice frige.

Crapped out after 2 years. Will cost more to fix it than I paid for it

After alot of consideration I purchased this model and pleased with the decission. On level 6 of 10 the temperature stays slightly above freezing. Only complaint is it could be quieter. Although I have not connected the water line yet so I am not sure if that may be the cause of the noise.

This fridge is loud. My last fridge was at least 10 years old, with little technology, meaning is was probably purchased at far less than this new one. My old fridge is far less noisy than this new Frigidaire. I wish I had returned it sooner, but I kept hoping that it would get better. I was hoping that it would maybe get "settled in" and stop running all the time, but that's the problem. The fridge seems to run all the time, which is when it's noisy. When it's not running the cooling cycle, it's actually very quiet. I would say the fridge is running a cooling cycle 80% of the time. That means the fridge is noisy 80% of the time. Guess what else? I waited too long. 8 days too long. Now Best Buy won't accept an exchange. Just take it from me. Do not buy this fridge.

this stainless steel fridge was just the perfect size to go through my small hallway stairs going up to the second floor. Best buy offered the earliest and best time for delivery/

Cold and spacious. Good buy! Would purchase again. Was a good price too.

Noisy. And the compressor broke 50 days after purchase. Frigidaire will fix it free, but I have to be without a fridge for 5 weeks. Not at all satisfied. Wish I could return it like I could with other unsatisfactory purchases. What an inconvenience!

Get the Extended Warranty compressor fails in three yr.. Surprised at Frigidaire's attitude. Cost me $500.00 to replace.

As above the refrigerator is great. The installation horrible and careless resulting in a devastating leak and water damage to my downstairs neighbor. Best Buy then divorces you to their subcontract insurance company that is unresponsive and slow. Claim process ongoing and they still haven't even made it back to see the disaster they created. So far, they do not inspire confidence that they will even honor their commitment and stand behind their work. It's right before Christmas and my neighbor can't even live in his condo. I'm a long time customer but not anymore. Do not let the install any appliance. They didn't even take the time to level the refrigerator. It wobbles every time I open it. And I've yet to talk to anyone that even cares. HORRIBLE!!!! I'll probably have to file a claim with Allstate and let them take it up with best buys horrible claims department. I'm also going to call my local news station.
