The warranty was for 1 year , this unit lasted me for about 2 years with leaks that cost us about $70k of work . Insurance covered the cost. Called Frigidaire to replace the unit as do not want to take a chance again with leaks . They refused to do it. So yeah you can buy cheap stuff but will not last you about 2 years or so not worth . The customer service was also as horrible . Never buying frigidaire again
