We make every effort to manufacture quality products and your concerns have not gone unnoticed. In regards to the dishwasher not drying the dishes, make sure that air dry is not being selected, this will result in wet dishes. For optimum drying performance, using a rinse aid has proven to be helpful. Also try using the Hi-Temp Wash option on the model. During the hi-temp wash option, the dishwasher heats water in the main wash to approximately 140F (60C) and increases the temperature higher in the final rinse. The increased water temperature helps the dishwasher detergent removes food grease and soil from dishes more effectively and aids in drying. Hopefully this helps. In some cases, a loose hinge may be the only cause of annoying squeaks or noises coming from your door. For poor drying issues, we recommend you use rinse aid. Rinse aid improves drying, reduces water spots, and prevents filming. With it, water sheets off dishes rather than forming water droplets. In some models, you can adjust rinse aid levels. And you can also select the NORMAL WASH and HI-TEMP WASH pads along with a Rinse Aid agent for improved drying performance. During the hi-temp wash option water is heated to approximately 140F helping to remove food, grease, and aids in drying. Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Was very excited to get this Frididaire dishware for my home (previous dishwasher was out of commission for 6 months) but you definitely get what you pay for with this one. Overall it is a good looking product and functions fairly well. But it is very noisy and I was expecting much quieter based on the "UltraQuiet sound package" as advertised. As others have described, the lower racks do not support dishes well and has a lot of wasted space.
