Buy something used, new means cheap!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased the FFCD2413 model. After running the washer twice it is quite obvious that it is loud. Very loud. It reminds my son of Amtrak trains headed for our front door. Not kidding. Other reviews say it is quiet, not so! The build is quite cheap in comparison to our old Maytag. Everything from the materials, oodles of plastic, and the pathetic silverware rack. Luckily my old rack fits without any problem. We will see how it holds up. This is a testament to those who have lived long enough that the overall quality of products in general keeps decreasing as time goes by. I'm sure that appliance manufacturers want us all doing our capitalist duty of buying new appliances every 5-10 years.

Good value and reliable

Purchased open-box and was a great value. I purchased a Bosch for my own home and have had it prepared 3 times in the same time period.

Best Buy probably has a customer return it. I used it for a house I am flipping. The drain hose was missing too. Since I was on a time crunch, I just went and got one. Probably will not buy anything from Best Buy based on the price and availability

This never fully dries the dishes, there is constant moisture. I have adjusted the drying agent to max output and it still does not dry completely. The dishes end up smelling like mildew and need to be rewashed and dried by hand. This is the worst dishwasher that I have ever owned, poor use of internal space.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I went and picked up my dishwasher in the box and got it laid down in my suv and when I got home there was water coming out of the box and the back of my suv was all wet , I got on line and tried to get to the bottom of all the water that came out of the dishwasher not knowing if it was a used dishwasher they gave me , I took pictures of my whole conversation on line and I got NO HELP at all, instead they wanted to charge me 99.00 to come and pick it up, I am furious with Best Buy and don’t think I will be returning to purchase anymore appliances. I couldn’t not get a straight answer from any one. It is truly upsetting because I had to wait about a month to get it and I got one with water in inside of it, I don’t understand how water even got in the dishwasher unless someone used it. I could have easily went to Lowes and bought that day and came home with it that same day. I would have give a zero I could have. Thanks for NO HELP and But YOU sure did take my MONEY.
