I did all the tips in the manual it suggested but that didn't help. I do like that it is pretty quiet though. It was pretty cheap and I guess if you buy cheap you don't always get the best quality.

Returned because it did not fit into an ADA space

The problem is that it was too tall for the installation slot that was at my office so I had to return it. Make sure to take the measurements before buying as the size seemed like it was not standard for ADA requirments.
