So maybe was a return? No idea. But we’d been without a dishwasher a few weeks, my husband didn’t want to mess with taking it back once we got it out of the box. The dishwasher itself is a basic model. We had a nicer one before but it only lasted 7 years. I notice it’s louder, but it’s ok. Not as many options, I’m ok with that also.

Compared to our old dishwasher it produces about the same noise which isn't much. There are less settings on this model but we never used all of the extra settings anyway. The dishwasher was easy to set up and gets all of the dishes clean. It could use a little more drying power but other than a few random dishes everything dries well. For the price I'm very happy with the purchase.

Did not know we needed to buy the plug/cable setup separately and also had to wire it up ourselves. A bit of a major hassle when we picked it up from the store. However once its hooked up, it works just fine. Not too noisy and gets the job done well.

Worst Dishwasher ever

Its AWFUL! 2 years old and its going out the door. Timing of cyles is off. The bottom rack rusted and broken. Dishes not clean. Its like a rock concert in my home when it runs. Its cheap and mot worth $100 new. Zero stars!

Cheap but kind of what expected.

Main complaint is that it doesn’t dry the dishes at all at the end of the cycle so everything has to be hand dried before being out away.

It is a bit more difficult to open then our old GE dishwasher, because the door handle is hard to grip. The door handle/lever is not easy to grasp and pull the door open, especially when your hands are wet from rising. Our new Frigidaire dishwasher is nice and cleans well, so if they can fix the handle grip, it would be a 5 star dishwasher. Thanks.
