I placed the order for a Dishwasher over the phone. I was never informed that there may be additional charges associated with the installation. Upon arrival the installer informed me that I need to pay $150.00 for a valve replacement. Totally unbeknownst to me, wish I was made aware of a potential charge.

It cleans the dishes pretty good, but it does not dry. I have to leave the door open so that the dishwasher doesn't get a mildew smell.

Posted .every product we make. While we are glad that the dishwasher is drying your dishes well, it's disappointing to hear that it is not drying them properly. Most consumers have found that using a rinse aid improves the drying of the dishes because the product causes the water to sheet off of the dishes rather than create water droplets. Lasted one year, and the pump went out. Right after the warranty went out. It cleaned well and I had no complaints, but it should have lasted longer than one year. We were very diligent in buying name brand detergent and rinsing dishes well. I’m so completely disappointed and just got around to writing a review. I’d steer clear of this one!!
