The water doesn't drain all the way but if you leave the door ajar it dries quickly. Overall we are pleased with it so far.

Best Buy now charges to take the old appliance, you MUST purchase an installation kit, AND installation is wildly expensive at $175-200. An expert can install a replacement DW in under one hour. (I had to shop online because of an emergency,) I recommend with reservations. Shop around.
