Tried contacting Frigidaire, got endless hold times. Glad I was still within the return window, returned the product and exchanged it with a different brand. The other brand is cheaper, but has more functions than this one!

I placed the order for a Dishwasher over the phone. I was never informed that there may be additional charges associated with the installation. Upon arrival the installer informed me that I need to pay $150.00 for a valve replacement. Totally unbeknownst to me, wish I was made aware of a potential charge.

It doesn't clean super great, but better than my 20 year old dishwasher. The door is my main complaint, it doesn't latch well, you have to push really hard at a certain spot to get it to latch.

It cleans the dishes pretty good, but it does not dry. I have to leave the door open so that the dishwasher doesn't get a mildew smell.

Posted .every product we make. While we are glad that the dishwasher is drying your dishes well, it's disappointing to hear that it is not drying them properly. Most consumers have found that using a rinse aid improves the drying of the dishes because the product causes the water to sheet off of the dishes rather than create water droplets.
