When I tried to call the store I was connect to a headquarters number. They could not help me with the missing parts. I was told I would have to drive back to the store to talk to someone to see if the missing parts were at the store.

DO NOT BUY - Waste of money and break in 1 yr

I call Frigidaire for support and they would not help at all. I paid $125 for Best Buy Geek Squad to come to my home just to tell me the pump is faulty. Stick with other brands - Bosch or KitchenAid. Will never buy another Frigidaire again.

He told me I'll get back the installation fee which I didn't get it back. I had to pay out of my pocket to have somebody else. Install find dishwasher.

It's terrible. Our dishes are NEVER dry, the racks are awful (kids' stuff falls through the top rack constantly), and it's loud. I've had it for a month and am looking at buying something else and just eating the loss on the dishwasher and installation, because I'm so annoyed with it. Was hoping it could be a cost-effective emergency replacement, but it's garbage. Do not buy.

Regarding your appliance drying performance, plastic items are more difficult to dry because they have a lower thermal mass than ceramic or metal items in the dish load, causing them to cool faster than your other dishes during the dry portion of the cycle. When you can, check out page 10 of your owner’s manual for other helpful tips to improve your dishwasher’s drying process. During 18 attempts to wash only twice did it fill with water and actually clean. And this was without troubleshooting water line. It makes all the noise but no water. If water line was clogged it would never fill, but it randomly did twice. Should not be that hard as it only has one button to turn it on. Frigidaire support had me test the same things three times - water line, outline, and inside filter. Not Best Buy's fault. This is a bad product.
