Very easy to use and arrived exactly as advertised!

This replaced a similar model Frigidaire dishwasher that lasted for 10 years. It does a good job of cleaning the dishes. My complaints are that it does not dry completely on the Heated Dry cycle. I spoke with an authorized repairman who told me that is a common complaint on newer dishwashers. He instructed to use liquid rinse aid even though I use the Cascade Complete pods. That helped a little.

Budget friendly alternative. All plastic inside and relatively noisy

Had a little problem 4 weeks in. Geek squad came to house and fixed minor electric issue in machine in 10 mins. Works great now!

Brought this last month, works great and price is unbeatable.

Good dishwasher for the value and does what is supposed too

I don't buy major appliances often so I don't purchase the most expensive ones. I purchased this Frigidaire dishwasher in NOV-2022 and March-2024 it blew out and tripped the circuit breaker and burned a hole in the unit and the plug. I called for maintenance and it took them 3 weeks to come out. The first time the tech called the wrong phone# and cancelled the appointment, 2nd time he came out, AGAIN, they called my old number which had been changed and updated long time ago. 3rd time he came out he noticed it was the same old number attached to his work order! After much anger and frustrated conversations with their customer service people, they relented and had the tech come out the next day, otherwise I would have had to wait ANOTHER week to reschedule. When the tech finally came inside to do a diagnostics, he told me that the OLD number was STILL on the work order and he searched through my past orders and found my cell#. He told me all the parts needed to replace and the labor costs involved and said it would be 50/50 chance if it happens again because he wouldnn't be able to know if the circuit boards are damaged or not, cuz if they were I would be better off purchasing a new dishwasher. Because I didn't buy the extended warranty, I would have to pay for parts/labor. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS DISHWASHER! Shortly after the year warranty expired, it shorted out. No problems before, just shortly after the warranty period expired. NOT WORTH all the frustration I went through just to get a tech out. The window of time they give you for a tech to come out is 7AM - 7PM!!!!!

Took a while to learn how to change the cycle on the door. Much harder than our GE which was very simple.

It’s ok for the price. But very basic dishwasher..

It was noisier that I had hoped for, but was still a good dishwasher for the price.

This unit is an adequate replacement for an average home. It is not the quietest on market but does a good job.

I like this dishwasher, but wish the upper basket was deeper. But it was my fault for not doing my research.

I needed a simple dishwasher for a rental ASAP. This was one of the few still available during COVID and it got the job done. It's quite simple in functionality, which means fewer parts to break. No complaints from tenants so far.

As a basic dishwasher installed for a tenant of mine, this exceeds my expectation, so far.

Works great. Not super quite, but not too loud. The shelves well space and dish fit well.
