Doesn't dry dishes completely

It does a good job of cleaning the dishes. My complaints are that it does not dry completely on the Heated Dry cycle. I spoke with an authorized repairman who told me that is a common complaint on newer dishwashers. He instructed to use liquid rinse aid even though I use the Cascade Complete pods. That helped a little.

It then popped and started smoking. The Geek Squad couldn't come out til 7 days later. They told me it was a faulty unit that had messed up wiring. We were LUCKY that our house didn't catch fire. I then had to deal with the 20 minutes of not talking to a human at Best Buy to find out I need to wait 5 more days till a new dishwasher could come. In the end, I need to take 3 days out of work for one dishwasher. Best Buy offered ZERO compensation. So, in the end, this dishwasher is costing me over $1200 due to having to take 3 days out of work instead of 1. I will only buy from Lowes moving forward. My last dishwasher from them (also Frigidaire) lasted me 12 years. NOT 10 minutes!!!!!!!

This was one of the few still available during COVID and it got the job done. It's quite simple in functionality, which means fewer parts to break. No complaints from tenants so far.
