Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I installed and tested the first one I ordered then had to return it because the side water inlet was leaking when the dishwasher is cycling the water. I ordered a replacement product and the agent was nice enough to have it delivered for free to my house. I tested and installed it again but it is still having the same issue—water inlet is still leaking during the cycling process and delivery guys slammed the bottom center which caused another leak issue. Overall, water inlet leak was the main issue and poor product packaging. There’s barely nothing protecting the product especially the bottom area. Compared to what I ordered from another brand and store, the product I have now was well packaged and well designed product.

The door does not stay down unless the bottom basket is pulled out and even then the door is so tight the basket won’t even stay the entire way out. It also does not slide back in easily and the dishes on the bottom is get rattled around unless it’s babied back into place. Also large plates all lean as the prongs won’t hold them upright.
