Stopped draining and control board failed

Two weeks later the control board has failed. The cost of repairs exceeds the cost of the dishwasher. I do not recommend this model FDPC4314AS

Dishes are clean and dry when finished. Only thing is washing cycles. A couple of them are 2 plus hours long. The shortest one takes about an hour.

I've moved to using two pods per load to actually get the dishes clean. There was often still a lot of food stuck dishes and a residue. I haven't had this problem before with my last dishwasher which was a Bosch. Not sure I recommend it.

The dishwasher was not damaged and was what ed ordered. They loaded it into my SUV in 10 minutes. The experience was a 10 plus. The extended warrantee was also cheaper than the big box stores.

I ordered a replacement product and the agent was nice enough to have it delivered for free to my house. I tested and installed it again but it is still having the same issue—water inlet is still leaking during the cycling process and delivery guys slammed the bottom center which caused another leak issue. Overall, water inlet leak was the main issue and poor product packaging. There’s barely nothing protecting the product especially the bottom area. Compared to what I ordered from another brand and store, the product I have now was well packaged and well designed product.

The price was about the same for all of the big box stores, but we went with Best Buy because of the excellent installer that is in our area.

The control buttons are very hard to press, which makes selecting settings frustrating. The drying feature is also subpar, as dishes often come out still wet. Overall, it works, but the design and performance did not meet my expectations.
