Bought it in a pinch when our 7 year old Samsung dishwasher died unexpectedly. This has been a quick life saver. Easy to install and simple to just push button/wash.

However, I had issues with costumer service the day of delivery. I got a call that my item was damaged when unloading at the warehouse, they needed to reschedule for other two weeks. As soon I hung up that call I received a call from warehouse that my item was not there so I needed to reschedule. For lack of honesty I will not be buying appliances that are not in store.

She is happy to have a working dishwasher again after being with out one for a month. Everything went great and works great.
