Best Buy was great to take it back. We ended up getting a better one and paying the difference.

Posted .Robert, I can certainly understand your frustration. Most challenges with cleaning are related to water temperature. The incoming water temperature should be at least 120°F for efficient cleaning and drying. Before starting a cycle, please run the water in the sink until it is hot, to clear cool water from the pipes. Make sure you are using rinse aid, you can even increase the amount dispensed to help with drying (page 11 in your Owner’s Manual has the instructions). Check water hardness. For extremely hard water, it may be necessary to install a water softener. If you have tried these tips and are still having difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact us directly for assistance. Heater Coil burnt out less than 2 years

It ran fine, sometimes would make thumpy sounds but we figured it was due to loading issues. It didnt always dry the dishes thoroughly but we could live with that, overall cleaned the dishes well. Just starting flooding water out of the bottom last week. Service guy said the heater coil had burnt out and through the bottom of the machine. Its trashed. Called Frigidaire customer service and they will not do anything because its not under warranty. REALLY!! less than 2 years old and its trash?! I will never purchase another product from this company again. I cant afford a new dishwasher every 2 years...

Worthless, bad quality

After 3 years incurred a $175 repair bill because the printed circuit board had a fault. 2 months later another $50 because the spray arm broke. Now the internal motor is gone. $300 to repair. Throwing it out and buying a Bosch. You get what you pay for, there is a reason it is cheap.

I called to get it replaced, but they "can't" give me the cost of the labor. I have to use their third party service to pay someone $90 to come out and tell me in person the cost of the labor. SCAM!
