I am saddened to hear that your dishwasher is not cleaning your dishes properly. I understand how inconvenient this matter may be for you. I would recommend checking the following:
*Water temperature should be at least 120°F.
*Water pressure is within 20-90PSI.
*Filtering system is clean. (Information located in Owner's Manual.)
*Proper amount of detergent is being used based on water hardness. Detergent should be fresh. (A water softener may be required to increase the performance of your unit.)
*Spray arms should not be blocked and move freely.

Racks do not roll freely and seem to get stuck on the rollers. The handle to open the washer is not easily accessible and difficult to open at times, especially if the counter hangs over the front of the washer. Overall....ideal for a house where it might not be used very much or as a starter for a rental.

Doesn’t clean well

I Purchased geek squad protection as this one was very inexpensive. I will be getting a new dishwasher because this one simply does not work well at all. Usually have to re-wash the dishes, and it really only gets them marginally clean if the dishwasher is half empty.

To improve cleaning performance, please make sure you are using plenty of rinse aid, your hot water heater is set to at least 120 degrees, you are running the hot water in a nearby sink prior to starting the dishwasher, and there isn't anything stuck in the filter. Posted .Hello, Cindy! Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that your dishwasher is not cleaning your dishes properly. Try using the Hi-Temp Wash option on the model. During the hi-temp wash option, the dishwasher heats water in the main wash to approximately 140F (60C) and increases the temperature higher in the final rinse. The increased water temperature helps the dishwasher detergent removes food grease and soil from dishes more effectively and aids in drying. Hopefully, this helps.
