Installed when we built our house 12 years ago and finally died. I’m going to pick up another one in a couple hours. I’m sure it would still be running had I knew to clean out a piece of plastic lodged in the pump. Cost of repair was such that a new one made sense. Overall great machine.

I've ordered and received 2 of these in the past week. Both of them had scratches in the front door and were full of water. This was not something that happened at the store (ordered them from 2 different places) or in a warehouse somewhere. This was poorly made at the factory. I can't even say how they worked, since I have not made it past opening the carton then packing it back up for return. Not what I would expect from Frigidaire for sure. Very poorly assembled. Will not buy a third one.

This dishwasher stinks. It's LOUD & runs way too long!

When I ordered online, I was never given an option for installation. Only free delivery. Delivery guys were rude/not helpful. Refused to install or even haul away until I disconnected old one. I called to arrange install. They said it would b 5 days before they could do it. I returned it. Took 3 days for them to pick up return. Then they never even credited my card for return. I had to call and complain to get them to do their job and credit back the return. Bought from a competitor and that went perfectly.

Do not buy this product.... Cheaply Made .... Cheaply Installed.....! month since first service call and still nothing from Frigidare I have followed up with them repeatedly and still don't have NOT had a resolution to the problem NOTE; i did NOT purchase this machine at this store, I am leaving PRODUCT reviews on everyones site ....

You get what you pay for. After only 3 years the dishwasher is leaking from the motor.

bottom full of water and water in the pipes, surface rust on all of the pipework, scuffs on the back, the door handle was really floppy and did not work. Took it straight back to the store and was told that they run the dishwashers 100 times before being sold - showed them the video we took of all the defects and was refunded.

Great buy for the money. dishwasher is quiet and cleans great.

It never worked great but that's ok since it is inexpensive. However, it did not last more than two years. Enough for the warranty expire though.

Pretty good dishwasher although louder than my old one when it runs and seems smaller inside than my older one which is the same size.

Received this dishwasher as the standard appliance package with a new house. Worked fine for the first year, but lately it has stopped midway in the cycle, leaving water in the bottom and flashing 2 lights. Have found multiple others online reporting the same issue - flashing lights with an entire tub of water in the bottom. Open the door and start the cycle over again and it works - until it does it again. Feels flimsy, plastic tub stains easily, would not recommend.

Great item if you're looking for something affordable and good quality.

I bought this on sale to make some changes in the kitchen and turn all appliances to white. Great addition!

Was easy to install once you purchase the water feed connector that dont come with it. Also, the black paint/powder coat on the door is so thin i can see the bare metal and looks dark blue. The kick pan at the bottom looks great though! A very low quality build!

We bought this dishwasher almost exactly 2 years ago and it died. Tried to call the store and Frigidare for assistance. No resolve. We're out shopping for another one. Not worth it. Wish we went with a more high end model. Frigidare isn't the same as it once was. They said that the warranty is good for one year from date of purchase and that was about it.

So I am very frustrated. I picked up this unit shipped site to store and I took my old unit out and pulled the new unit out of the box and was shocked to see water leaking out of the drain hose and water in the inside of the brand new unit. Guess it was somebodies return they tried to repackage and dump on me. I reinstalled my old unit and have to now take it back to the store where I can either get my money back or have them order another one and wait days to get it. Shocking a company this size let's stuff like this fly.

I bought this dishwasher to replace one that was ruined because of Hurricane Sandy. After placing the order and waiting five days for it to be delivered to the store, I got the unit home only to find out it was used. The front of the dishwasher was badly scratched, the back was dented and the unit still had water in it that got all over my truck!!! Needless to say, I needed to bring the unit back. Would not buy from Best Buy again... Horrible experience...

Sorry I didn't see this in person before I ordered. Quality on this model is cheaply made. I had the same brand & was happy with that model & the frigidaire name. I will never order an appliance on line again. Now I just have to wonder how long will this last?

This is junk. You get what you pay for. I thought this would work for me because I don't run it every day. Holy cow, this is the worst dishwasher I have ever had. tried 10 different detergents and 10 different rinse aids. Trust me, run from this product.

Didnt work near as well as the 20 year old unit i replaced it with. Ended up trading this model out for a Bosh. NOISY! Didnt clean well.
