    Poor quality. The doors seem unbalanced and the fridge is flimsy. The fridge is running on the recommended setting and it still caused as crack in the freezer liner and it freezes whatever items are on the top shelf of the refrigerator. Very dissatisfied.

    The first one I got, the doors are not level. They replaced it. It is really easy to get frozen in the fridge part. But within one year the ice dispenser started to have problems, by two years the ice maker started to break down.

    The only thing worse than the frig was frigidaire tech support they had us on the phone for an hour then they hung up. The frig stopped working after 2 weeks, thank god for Best buy they made a exchange for a LG and it seems to be fine.

    Bought this in Jan. within the first month received "over heating" warning alarm. We have it as a built in, so cabinets surrounding it. We pulled it out so it's no where near the wall. Now two weeks later the freeze, what we assume is the ice maker sounds like its working overtime to keep the motor running.

    Air filter and water filter change was required to be changed after 1 month of use. It keeps draining water.

    POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

    We had a scheduled delivery for November 28 for a refrigerator that we purchased on November 13. We received notice that the window would be from 3:00 to 7:00 pm. No delivery happened, but the bigger issue is we were never contacted by anyone with Best Buy or contracted (??) delivery company. I called the 800 number twice, and neither time were they able to reach the dispatcher. The next morning the status online was changed to “We need you to schedule your appointment”. I still have not been contacted by anyone associated with BestBuy. When I called the 800 number I was informed that it was not likely it would be delivered today. This is now 2 weeks without a Refrigerator and 2 days off work without pay. And it appears based on the lack of communication by the Vendor, I am the only one who really cares.

    Nice looking fridge. About all i can say good about it. The freezer leaks, condensation builds up inside. Seals seem to be making contact. Ice maker makes ice so slow. Seems like it onky makes 4 cubes at a time

    They did not have the floor display at the best buy i went to .. and I usually want ti see what im buying especially for this amount ! When it arrived it was more then I expected bigger alot of room water comes oit faster them my old refrigerator

    Did not work the first day i got it. Had to have it repaired. Needed a new compressor. The doors were also crooked when it arrived.

    Beware of delivery, third party delivered product and damaged our cabinets and every time we tried to call Best Buy they gave us another number to call and third party had us call Best Buy. Never got the damage repaired.

    Best Buy is one of the worst companies to make any purchases from, spent over an hour on the phone with customer service, problem not solved, stopped at the store ask for a manager, Door greater said he's not going to do anything for you anyway so I'm not going to call him

    After a month and half from purchase I'm still having issues with it, the fridge freezes everything, Frigidaire has sent out a technician twice with both replacing multiple parts. This is a brand new fridge and shouldn't have so many issues!!

    The door comes open too much and is putting stress on the hinge; the sealer around the edges is loose. This is supposed to be a new refrigerator; therefore, these things shouldn't be happening. There is not enough storage bins in it. There was free installation and delivery which was good. Also, they only give you 14 days from the day you bought it to exchange it; there should be a full 30 days.

To resolve the issue with your ice maker, start by switching the control panel to the CRUSHED setting. Next, remove the ice bucket. Then, continuously press down the dispenser paddle for 2-minute intervals, releasing it and pressing it again for a total of three times (6 minutes total). This will help melt and evaporate any ice that may have formed around the auger motor shaft. After that, switch the control panel to the CUBE setting, reinsert the ice bucket, close the door, and attempt to dispense ice again.
