Showed up and flooded my kitchen

Technician hooked it up and went to test the water and it started leaking profusely from underneath flooded my kitchen floor. Just waiting to see how Best Buy is going to make it right. Mind you it’s over 100 in Texas and I have nothing cold to drink

Ice maker problem

The ice maker has never made much ice and now it seems to have stopped making ice all together. We also have a problem with things freezing in the refrigerator side. Im not happy at all with this purchase.

Best Buy is selling an item that the ice maker has been recalled. We have had two refrigerators delivered in less than 2 weeks. Neither one have worked(ice maker).
