Best Buy is incapable of coordinating with their 3rd party delivery crews. If you do get a delivery you better be sure they haul away the old appliance too. They try and say its haul away OR relocating to another place in your home. Good luck!

The digital controls in the side of the door freeze the fruits.

I couldn't be more happy with it. I had my old refrigerator checked out before I bought a new one and it was not repairable and it was very old. The repairman that I had out who is very reputable said stay away from brands like Samsung, LG and Kenmore so I brought this Frigidaire unit and it is very much worth the price. If you're in the market for a new refrigerator that works well had a reasonable price this Frigidaire unit can't be beat in my opinion.

The compressor failed unexpectedly, leaving the unit completely nonfunctional. I have now been without a working refrigerator for over a week, and the process of securing replacement parts through the manufacturer has been slow and inconvenient. I was informed that the necessary components will take an additional three weeks or possibly longer to arrive. Would not recommend!

This fridge stopped working less than 2 months after it was delivered. Unfortunately, stopped functioning right after my return window closed. I called Best Buy because I bought a 5-year protection plan BUT turns out if the fridge needs repair within a year after purchase, you HAVE to go through the manufacturer’s warranty. Well I contacted Frigidaire and it’s already been 3 weeks without a refrigerator and I’m being told it’ll be another 2-3 weeks before they can repair it. Best Buy will not touch the fridge until after one year…..very frustrating and disappointing.

HORRIBLE SERVICE - Good Refrigerator

It took TWO DAYS OF MY TIME BECAUSE THE FIRST REFRIGERATOR WAS BROKEN. I fully believe Best Buy sells factory seconds and returns as new. I previously purchase a stackable washer/dryer that REQUIRED 4 VISITS SNDC3 DIFFERENT MACHINES TO FUNCTION. I also previously purchased as 70” LG TELEVISION THAT WAS BROKEN AND HADVTO BE REPLACED IN S SECOND VISIT. Even if you find a product you like, I HAVE TO RECOMMEND BUYING FROM ANOTHER SELLER! These side by side units ARE VERY INEFFICIENT FOR STORAGE SPACE.
