I called for service they said its the lettuce thats the problem. They also said service call may not be covered even with warranty so I did not let service come.

Read the reviews on the fridgidaire website and this is common. They replace it and the same thing happens. I will be returning this product. A whole fridge and freezer of food to waste on a fridge I barely had 2 weeks. :(
