It took 2.5 days to get cool enough to save milk from spoiling. The freezer only started making ice 2 days later and was half melted creating water on the bottom of the ice tray.

The delivery guy took pics and said that they would be in touch to replace them. I've heard nothing from anyone at BestBuy. They are usually a good place to purchase from but not this time.

Read the reviews on the fridgidaire website and this is common. They replace it and the same thing happens. I will be returning this product. A whole fridge and freezer of food to waste on a fridge I barely had 2 weeks. :(
