    Beware of delivery, third party delivered product and damaged our cabinets and every time we tried to call Best Buy they gave us another number to call and third party had us call Best Buy. Never got the damage repaired.

    Best Buy is one of the worst companies to make any purchases from, spent over an hour on the phone with customer service, problem not solved, stopped at the store ask for a manager, Door greater said he's not going to do anything for you anyway so I'm not going to call him

    After a month and half from purchase I'm still having issues with it, the fridge freezes everything, Frigidaire has sent out a technician twice with both replacing multiple parts. This is a brand new fridge and shouldn't have so many issues!!

    Not really happy with this refrigerator

    The door comes open too much and is putting stress on the hinge; the sealer around the edges is loose. This is supposed to be a new refrigerator; therefore, these things shouldn't be happening. There is not enough storage bins in it. There was free installation and delivery which was good. Also, they only give you 14 days from the day you bought it to exchange it; there should be a full 30 days.

To resolve the issue with your ice maker, start by switching the control panel to the CRUSHED setting. Next, remove the ice bucket. Then, continuously press down the dispenser paddle for 2-minute intervals, releasing it and pressing it again for a total of three times (6 minutes total). This will help melt and evaporate any ice that may have formed around the auger motor shaft. After that, switch the control panel to the CUBE setting, reinsert the ice bucket, close the door, and attempt to dispense ice again.     The doors will not stay shut and this is still new, so not understanding this at all. Working with Service team now as this is the second time they will have to come out.

    Showed up and flooded my kitchen

    Refrigerator was delivered today. Technician hooked it up and went to test the water and it started leaking profusely from underneath flooded my kitchen floor. Just waiting to see how Best Buy is going to make it right. Mind you it’s over 100 in Texas and I have nothing cold to drink

    Ice maker problem

    We got this model because it was similar to out last one but we are not happy with it. The ice maker has never made much ice and now it seems to have stopped making ice all together. We also have a problem with things freezing in the refrigerator side. Im not happy at all with this purchase.

    This freezer had a lot problem with making ice and to cold on refrigerator side. I have to call customers services 4 times to send technicians come to my house fix it.

    Terrible product. Best Buy is selling an item that the ice maker has been recalled. We have had two refrigerators delivered in less than 2 weeks. Neither one have worked(ice maker).

    I am sure its a good refrigerator but every time they deliver it, it is broken so we have been with out a frig for a month and they now say it wont be until Jan 13th until we get one.

    Had another make and model refrigerator in mind, but they talked me out of it and recommended this fridge instead which I hate, it was part of a package and I cannot return it unless I return all items. There is absolutely no drawer to store my lunch meat or cheese in
