    As of now,I have no complaints.Initially(after 2 weeks),I complained about the amount of ice that the ice maker dispensed.However it just took a little patience considering that I only had it a week and had two lil boys on Christmas break consistently using it which as a result never gave it time to fill up completely.I’m happy with my purchase

    This fridge is nice looking and well priced, but it is so loud and the variable speed compressor and fans run continuously. It is so annoying that I am moving it to the garage and buying a Bosch or some other brand to keep my sanity!

    They keep sending repair people out to fix it, but they can't fix it and won't replace it. It's an endless cycle and a huge hassle. We're always worried our food will go bad. Dealing with the company is a nightmare. They have already discontinued the correct parts to fix it. But they are still selling the fridge. Seriously.

    Product was delivered as promised. Was in good shape. But was told that if I wanted put in the kitchen where it was to go it would cost me an additional$59.99 because I bought what they called a box delivery. Not do happy Yair that point.

    This refrigerator is one of the worst decisions we've made on an appliance. It was a spur of the moment decision & we needed one ASAP, so not much vetting was done before buying, so in this respect, we are to blame. That said, this refrigerator is the worst! The ice maker hardly ever makes ice, the shelves inside of it are cheap and can only be placed in LIMITED places, leaving little room in an already VERY small, oddly configured refrigerator interior. It's also VERY LOUD!! We've only had it a few months, but I'm already ready to replace it. It's AWFUL!!

    works - but terminally broken after 3.5 years

    i bought this end of 2020. had already one service call (within warranty) to get it fixed. now it is not freezing anymore. technician came out (at 135$) and diagnosed a broken compressor. Not worth the repair and buy a new one.... maybe it is just me, but i don't expect a fridge to only work for 3.5 years...

    Most disappointing purchase of my life!!

    I have never even considered writing a review on anything but I feel that I need to warn others about this refrigerator. I bought it less than a year ago and it’s the worst appliance I’ve ever owned. The worst thing about it is the ice maker. I’m still having to buy bags of ice weekly because it barely makes enough ice to fill up 3-4 cups a week. I’m not even going to voice my complaints about how loud it is when it actually makes ice. So if you’re planning on using the ice maker to get more than a couple of regular sized cups a week, DO NOT BUY THIS REFRIGERATOR. It is an absolute piece of garbage.

    Bottom of the freezer fills up with water and freezes, think its an internal drain tube off, outside water leaks and gets floor wet now after 3 years it doesn't work

    Terrible Customer Service

    I bought this refrigerator a year and a couple months ago for a rental property. The water dispenser and the ice maker stopped working for some reason. I called Frigidaire's customer service line directly and they said the refrigerator is only warrantied for one year. I asked to speak to a manager because it was just beyond a year and I truly thought they would do something about it because of that reason. The first time I called they simply refused to let me talk to a supervisor and they said they would escalate it and get back to me. One week later, I called again after not hearing from them, and they again refused to let me speak to a manager. Her direct quote was, "We know our managers and they will tell you the same thing, so I am not transferring you" and then she hung up on me. I am extremely disappointed that a company like Frigidaire would have such poor customer service. At this point, I am going to hire someone and pay them to fix the appliance, but I will never buy another Frigidaire product again!

    Fridge rec'd was different from floor display.

    Floor model had deli drawer, mine does not, nor can I find one to add at Frigidaire. Frigidaire online does not recognize the model number of my fridge. Best Buy should have notified me of differences prior to purchase.

    Frigidaire is a horrible brand. Buy another brand. You will have issues before it is 2 years old and you will be buying a new fridge between 4-5 years old.
