At first all was well after October it was taken down for the winter months and safely put away. The A.C went back up in June of 2020 and almost immediately we noticed something was wrong with it. It doesn't cool the room up as quickly as it use to and after about 20 mins it start making this loud grinding noise. It sounds as if something inside of it needs to be oiled. Some nights I have to turn it off because It's too noisy. It's upsetting to me that an air conditioner thats only a year old and that's only used for a few month during the year is already messed up. I wouldn't recommended it to anyone,
