    I purchased this based on reviews. Wish I would've tried a different brand. Every time I start this up, it makes a loud clicking sound, it eventually goes away but comes back during extended use. It's not any more quiet than any other brands.

    I regret buying this Air Conditioner. It truly started out great for a few weeks until the remote had to be replaced. Then a few weeks later, rattling loud sounds come from it while it’s on. I don’t recommend

    I'm not sure if I set it up correctly but it'll provide good cooling for a while but eventually the air coming out just feels like someone is blowing on your hand; like it's cool because it's moving but it's not refrigerated.

      Hate to hear you are not getting the best cooling performance from your room air conditioner.

      Try installing the room air conditioner on the shady side of your home/room. A window that faces north is best because it is shaded most of the day. Or, try keeping blinds and drapes in other windows closed during the sunniest part of the day.


      Lastly, I recommend checking your model’s installation guidelines to ensure your air conditioner unit is installed correctly. Typically, an incorrect install or poor wall/window construction may cause your unit to not cool properly.

    I wouldnt say its the best ac for those money.Its ok.Nothing too crazy.In the beggining used to do more cold than after couple weeks.If u have a really small apartment and the sound wouldnt bother you then go with it.

    Most loud AC ever

    This AC SUCKS! I totally regret getting it, it is SO loud and vibrating, I took it out of the window as soon as it got cold last year and I am getting another one this year. What a waste of money.

    Slow to cool the room, but does okay.

    Compared to other AC's I've used in the same room, this one is slower to cool the room. It seems to cycle down before the actual chosen temp is reached, but overall it does okay.

For your unit to work efficiently, we recommend you make sure that the front of the unit is blocked by drapes, blinds, furniture, etc. restricting air distribution.     This AC is quite noisy, main problem is at night when sleeping. Also, it allows light to come in early morning from vent opening

    I won’t recommend this air condition to anyone it don’t keep my living room to dine room cold. U don’t feel it in the dining area. My old one was the same btu.

    Well it works. Honestly this product should only be $79.99 not over $200 like I paid. Very cheap plastic. Makes crazy noises if it’s on during a rainstorm.

    I was hopeful about this small A/C unit, but was disappointed. The unit was not very powerful and did not cool enough. Also, I prefer a darkened room while I sleep and a great deal of light comes through the A/C unit vents from outside. It was as though I had a bright lamp shining into my eyes when the sun came up. Sadly, I had to return the unit. Hopefully, others will have better luck than I.

    It was easy enough to install but it proved disappointing. Moved it to a smaller room where it still gives a lack luster performance.

    It cooled the room fine, but it sounded like a bunch of nuts rattling around inside of it. Had to return it. Not sure if they’re all like that or if it was one bad one. With the effort it takes to unpack and set up, I wasn’t going to chance getting it replaced with the same model.

    Sluggish fan speeds

    Works fine but fan speeds leave a lot to be desired. Older Frigidaire air conditioner had much better fan speeds.
