Works Great but not as Pictured

The picture actually looks much more attractive so not sure if they ended up sending an older model but it does work well.

Our fridge doesn't produce the ice like it should, this maker has been awesome. We never run of ice anymore. Produces ice fast, you can take out ice while it is making ice.

The ice melts fast. If you leave it on and don’t empty they ice it melts and will continually run.

Posted .The ice basket & storage area is not insulated and it is recommended that ice be removed and placed in a zip lock type bag in your regular freezer. The size of the ice cubes is partially dependent on the temperature of the water being used as ice production is a fixed time cycle. The cooler the water the larger the ice produced.

It works, it's just a slow

Second machine doing the same thing.

It sounds like your ice maker is working exactly as intended. The ice full sensor is photo-electric and ice that is blocking the photosensor is triggering the ice full sensor.
