Fair at best, better than nothing, producesWET ICE
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I didn't see anyone review this machine as producing WET ice anywhere - by that I mean the ice is slick with water and when you dump it to put in the REAL freezer it makes a giant clump that needs to be broken apart. I didn't want to spend $350 to have my ice maker replaced, thought this was a decent option. It's also fairly noisy in the kitchen. It's better than trays but that's as far as I'll go with the positives. Who want WET slick ice? The way the thing works the water that drips off your cubes drops below to be refrozen - so the ice literally sits above the water reservoir. Poor design and not worth the money. Will do more research. Not cubes either, long donut shaped ice with a hole in the middle from the ice fingers in the machine.

Doesn't work

However it doesn't work & we have to contact company which naturally you can't do on holiday. This is very disappointing to get something and try to use and it doesn't work
