Love this refrigerator an freezer. The low freezer could be a little bigger but it is fine. It is also very quiet when running. The only thing that could be improved is where the ice maker and temperature panel could be improved

Great fridge. Just a small issue with left door closure.

Great storage. Lots of different shelving configurations available to meet your needs. Lots of nook and crannies to fit all your condiment needs. The freezer is bigger than we expected and it’s easy for my disabled father to still get into. We love the ice/water option in the door and don’t mind the little space it takes in the fridge.

I wanted to love this fridge so badly but the fan on the ice maker makes a constant humming sound that was so loud. We have an open layout so we could hear the noise while watching tv and I couldn't handle it. Even had frigidaire come out and see if it was broken but they said they just don't insulate the sides well anymore. The fridge is spacious and nice. It does leave fingerprints all over the doors. We returned it for the LG - 26.5 Cu. Ft. French Door Counter-Depth Smart Refrigerator with Internal Water which I recommend, very quiet.

This is a very excellent refrigerator that has a lot of room for everything you buy and leftovers after a large meal!

It’s very loud at times. The water dispenser is too slow. The freezer drawer began to get raised cracks along the entire top about 6 months ago.

The specs online for this are the same as the counter depth fridge. The depth on these specs are incorrect and need to be changed. It’s not 28.5”depth it’s 35”. Had to return it and exchange for the counter depth fridge. Please update the specs. It’s a beautiful fridge but it sticks out over a foot from our counters. Customer service was great with getting this exchanged for us.

I had a nightmare of an experience with Best Buy and the delivery of this fridge. I had a previous Samsung fridge that I loved... until everything on it gave out, about 7 years later... talked to several appliance professionals and they told me the brands to stay away from (LG, Samsung) and highly recommended Frigidaire. I was very specific on the features I wanted and didn't want and found this one. The problem is nobody had it on display except this one shady store. After viewing it I decided to purchase it from Best Buy for the warranty and services. Well, they used a 3rd party company for delivery and it was horrific. They argued with me that the fridge would not fit through my door. I insisted it would because I was here when my existing fridge was delivered and it was much bigger. Well, they eventually swapped out the fridges. The presentation was terrible. The freezer drawer didn't even close and there was overspray glue on all the seals. It looked liked a damaged product that was sent. I had paid full price! Contacting Best Buy customer service for support was a nightmare... they transfer you to 3rd party people who barely speak English and argued with me that I received the correct fridge I purchased. After hours of arguing and being transferred they arranged a replacement to be delivered. In the meantime my freezer was snowing from the drawer not being able to close. They messed up the date and did not deliver as scheduled. Another couple hours of arguing on the phone and being transferred... then someone promised me a gift card for my troubles. I said ok. Well, then a good quality brand new fridge was finally delivered. It is fine. Nothing fancy. I called Best Buy back to redeem the gift card and they argued with me that I got my fridge delivered as promised so there was no reason for a gift card... again 3rd party companies with no customer service skills! HORRIBLE. Mind you, this fridge was purchased 12/2022. About 6mths later my online Best Buy account was hacked and ecards were purchased and used and the recovery emails and phone numbers were changed. This took YEARS to resolve! To this date it has not been fully resolved. I will never ever buy anything again from Best Buy since they cannot back up their services very well or get you the help you need. If you are looking for an overall big french door fridge with the freezer on the bottom, water/ice on the outside and no bells or whistles, then this is your go-to fridge. The drawers and shelves are fairly easy to remove and clean. The fruit/vegetable drawers can be a little tricky to remove but the doors do swing fully open allowing these drawers to be removed for deep cleaning. Lots of charcoal air filters to change. Not sure I notice any difference with them. Just use baking soda boxes on the shelves and you'll be fine and save money.

Very spacious and well lit. The depth of the fridge was 32 inches without the handles on the doors. The depth listing on the product is wrong but it arrived sans handles, so we got it in the door no problem. Exterior temp controls are well lit when needed then turn off after 10 or so minutes. No leaking from the water supply line snd the freezer got cold very quickly. You can hear the fridge fan running and it sort of sounds like there is water filling on the inside but its very faint. Overall extremely pleased with our choice. Its was either the Fridgidaire or the LG at 26 cu ft. The Frigidaire was $500 cheaper and so far so good!

I like the fridge. It's got plenty of space and works as it should. It took multiple adjustments and changes to make the ice machine functional, but that was the only issue with the appliance itself. It's well lit, the shelves are nicely adjustable, and I like that there is an alarm to alert that the door has been left open. The fridge looks nice - I like the finish - and easily wipes clean. It doesn't seem to attract a lot of fingerprints, which is nice. The delivery people were great and very helpful. However, I feel that there should be some tool or process in place to get the protective plastic fully removed when an appliance is delivered. Because of the way it was wrapped, it took weeks before we could fully remove all of the tucked in/stuck plastic remnants. That definitely detracts from the appearance of the fridge until you get it all removed successfully.

This is a great refrigerator. It replaces an almost exact older Frigidaire model. It runs quietly and the updated version is awesome.

I never knew about refrigerators until I had to purchase one you will not get freezer burns because it will never refreeze because when you add new foods you hit the boost button it will eliminate freezing all the meats. My strawberries lasted 12 days and my blueberries are still fresh in the produce drawer and I made homemade ice cream and put it into a glass dish and wow it didn't freeze. My hamburger rolls didn't dry out or got hard. The refrigerator does the job and it does a wonderful job keeping items fresh and it isn't noisy. Great ice and cold water.

I liked the design of this fridge. Some of the shelves did not seem to work as I expected. Not really the space I anticipated. I have had this unit a couple of years. Was getting my kitchen remodeled so didn’t have it installed for several months. Door would not line up correctly. Once installed had a leak from the filter that damaged several components at the end of the warranty. Ice maker stopped working. Dispenser leaked water. After all these issues I am now getting error codes. For a fridge this new there have been way too many issues. I am now looking to replace it to avoid future repairs.

The fridge initially installed was found to have a defective freezer seal that would not lay flush. After 5 weeks of accumulating massive ice chunks in the freezer, Best Buy replaced the entire unit. The second fridge was found to have the freezer door improperly installed. According to the installer, the freezer door tilting forward was a "feature." This feature caused the freezer door to lean forward, breaking the seal, whenever the fridge doors were closed. We spent an hour manually disassembling the freezer drawer and tightening screws. There is clearly lackluster Quality Control within Frigidaire manufacturing. Receiving two units with visible assembly defects, what low-quality build lies underneath the shiny exterior??? Although our unit is now functional, I am skeptical for the durability across its lifetime. I replaced a functioning 20-year fridge for TWO nonfunctional NEW models??

Very nice refrigerator. Pleanty of room . Unfortunately, the first one was delivered with damage but customer service was easy to deal with in arranging a return and exchange.The delivery people who handled both deliveries were wonderful!
