From sales (Chad and Ethan) to KC (delivery and installation) everything was seamless and professional. It is very nice to have people that know what the heck they are doing!! The refrigerator is great. I've had it for almost 2 weeks and I am very happy. The temps are holding and after clearing the water line and ice maker line, they are cranking out great filtered water and a ton of ice. This refrigerator is huge, and your food will love you for all the space. Just be sure to clear your water line and everything will be great. Very Happy

We absolutely love this fridge. There is so much room and the layout makes everything easy to see and access. It runs incredibly quiet, which was a pleasant surprise. We did read the reviews mentioning the ice maker being slow, but that has not been our experience at all - we’ve had no issues and it keeps up just fine with our daily use. Overall we are very happy with the purchase and delivery. Would definitely recommend it!

The first unit did not cool at all and a replacement is working well so far. The unit does not come with a typical manual because there is very little the owner can do other than change the temperature of the freezer and fridge (see photo). There is nothing you can do to increase or decrease the ice maker other than turn it off completely.

Received this refrigerator and was delivered clean and well packaged. It is very easy to operate and set the required temps for both top and bottom (freezer compartment). The internal water dispenser worked great after installing filter and water connection in rear. Plenty of internal space. Highly recommend this fridge!

Going from a feature filled refrigerator "LG Cough", that had nothing be problems to this frigidaire has been nothing short of amazing. I had no issues from the ordering to delivery, best buy was great. I havent had a singe issue with this refrigerator. Cooling is great and the freezer works very well. Sometimes its not all about the features but having something that works as intended and we're very happy with our purchase.

It makes I've too slow but other than that I love it

Refrigerator just delivered today. The delivery was prompt and on time...It is a nice refrigerator...but....first there was a small dent on one side of the refrigerator and on the other side there is a 3.5 feet horizontal dent on the fridge. When I pointed it out the delivery guy said 'noone will see it.' That is beside the point. It was a fairly expensive refrigerator to come damaged. Now the refrigerator is beeping every two minutes and I cannot get it to stop. This is sooo annoying. I really want to love this refrigerator. Some of the reviews had this same problem. SMH at Frigidaire.

Cooler was very dirty unside and outside, its new fridge but it seemed used, the delivery guy removed the wrap from it , i tried removing the stickers it was hard to remove it and left residue, cooler performance it great spacious freezer little bit small

This fridge was all kinds of messed up. The freezer would not seal or close. We couldn't even turn it on because we couldn't get the freezer to close. The left fridge door also had a weak seal and it looked like it was bent (the seal). I also had a runaround with phone support. Oh my it was awful and two weeks later, I'm still dealing with it. Never call the 800-433-5778 number. I was on hold with some guy for over 1 hour and 45 minutes and I kept hearing roosters in the background.

Frigidaire doesn’t have ANYONE trained to service this refrigerator in WNC. It was not working at the time of purchase. Instead of fixing it, Frigidaire offered a refund which took 6 MONTHS to receive. They continue to push extended warranty plans without a serviceman in our area.

Everything works as it should, it's quiet, cools beautifully, in fact it cooled down to 40° in four hours! On a warm day too. Water dispenser works great, the first batch of ice took a while but it's making it like no tomorrow now, temps are accurate too! Freezer set at -8 and fridge at 36, according to my thermometers I put in each compartment, it's spot on dead accurate! I do wish they had included one of those sliding shelves for taller items but that's my one and only wish, can't even call it a complaint. There's simply nothing to complain about! Lighting is fantastic, the doors can be stopped in any position rather than the usual let go and they swing open or slam shut. I really love the clean flat exterior look with the water and ice inside rather than the big ugly hole in the door. There are fancier refrigerators for sure, but this is more than good enough and for the price it simply cannot be beat! I love this thing! And no, I don't work for the manufacturer or the retailers who sell this, nor was this any kind of incentivized review, it's my personal experience and I wanted to put this out there because I've seen quite a few unfair and untrue reviews, some two star reviews because of one little issue and I found the negative reviews to be inaccurate and unfair. Maybe these are just some really unlucky people, but most likely they are just impossible to please. I highly recommend this appliance!

I have only had it a few weeks, but overall we love it. Not having an ice maker in the fridge part saves a bunch of space. The ice in the bottom is fine for what we use, we are never going to run out. It did take a solid couple hours to get ice production going. I feel like this is a simpler design then having water and ice on the door, so hopefully no issues. Delivery was amazing. I had originally bought this same fridge from Lowes, but after 3 reschedules and then them not wanting to install it because of a water line connection, I cancelled the order and went with Best Buy. If I had to have a downside, the ice takes a while, and it's ( water going into the ice maker after the last batch falls out) a bit louder than our old fridge.

Refrigerator is well designed in terms of storage space, with plenty of nicely thought out spots for everything. Fits in our space well and greatly improved the amount of food we can store while still being accessible in the back of the fridge. Now, the downsides. Automatic ice maker stopped working within two weeks. Inside water dispenser tends to drip quite a long time after depressing the button, leading to puddles on the shelf down below (or else you have to stick a rag/paper towel there to catch the drips). Overall, a decent fridge for the money. Wish the ice dispenser wasn't faulty like so many these days, and would probably go back to an exterior water dispenser in the future.

I am so happy I made the purchase. It beautiful and spacious. The freezer is deep and wide. I love my new fridge.

Great refrigerator with plenty of space. Love the adjustable shelves, other brands we looked at the shelves were not adjustable. We like the clean look of having the ice and water dispenser on the inside and the stainless steel. I think it is quieter than our old Whirlpool. Only two things I do not like. 1. The control panel only sets the temperatures for the refrigerator and freezer, but does not show the actual temperature of the refrigerator or freezer. It only shows what has been set. Would be nice to know if the unit is holding what was set. 2. 10 days after delivery and setup, my wife pulled open the freezer drawer and the freezer handle fell off. At first I thought would be a simple matter of putting the handle back on the brackets and tightening the two handle set screws. But after repeatedly trying for several hours over two days I could not reattach. The handle would seem to be tight but then pop off when you pulled to open. It appears that the set screws do not line up with the shoulder brackets on the door, as the instruction manual states the handle should draw in to the door as you tighten the set screws, but this does not happen. Finially gave up and stopped at Best Buy who is sending installer to examine. Otherwise a super refrigerator.

We recently had to replace our old LG fridge after it suddenly died, and this one has been a great upgrade. It’s sleek, fits nicely in our space, and overall we’ve really enjoyed it. The shelves on the door with the water dispenser are a bit awkward in height, but they work well for condiments and smaller bottles. The only issue we’ve run into is that, just this past week, the water dispenser started dripping after use—it hadn’t done that before, so we’re not sure what changed. Kind of sad to see an issue pop up within the first month of owning the fridge. Aside from that, we’ve been very pleased with the fridge.

Very happy with this purchase. Love the freezer drawer pulls out so far. The fridge has so much open space. Easy to set up. Ice felt like it took awhile to make, but once it’s filled, there is a lot. My sister bought this fridge first, we followed and now a friend just bought it.

The refrigerator has a nice design and sufficient storage. However, it is very noisy.
