The mini fridge was sold to me as “brand new” but when I opened the package it was clearly a damaged return. I contacted customer service three times and they offered me a $5.00 credit or the option to ship it back for a new one. Due to circumstances beyond my control I did not have the original packaging to ship it back and I felt that a $5.00 credit was not acceptable. When I asked to speak with a supervisor the customer service rep hung up on me. The product itself wasn’t my issue but the customer service for handling the compensation for damages was terrible.

One of the leveling feet was broken and one was missing. there were several dents in the door and sides. the box that it was shipped in looked fine, but it looked like it had been repackaged. it had definitely been unboxed at one time. We are using it and it seems to cool just fine. It would be nice to get the leveling feet for it so it would set level on the counter

Terrible Ice Build up in freezer in short time

In spite of this, freezer is unusuable because it won't even freeze an ice cube tray. Terrible

Leaking Compressor/ Damage - But Helpful Customer

It unfortunately arrived damaged not once but twice! The compressor in the back had signs of leakage (dangerous) and the corners of the fridge were crunched. I really needed a mini fridge but not at the expense of potentially leaking hazardous chemicals or being a fire risk. I will say customer service was excellent and supportive . I think the damage is related to manufacture issue or industry wide problem right now, not BB. I will check back with BB in the future because they were so understanding. Hopefully soon

Three sizable (larger than a quarter) dents...two in the front door and one on the top. Policy says I cannot return it without its original box. I had to cut the box to get it open as you are supposed to keep 'upright' and the refrigerator was too heavy for me to lift out of the box.

I wanted one a bit bigger, say 4.5 cu.ft. and without a freezer, but I could not find one anywhere. This one does have a freezer but is not needed. I'm disappointed it does not have an interior light, even though the Specifications you list say "Lighting type: Incandescent". Being used only for drinks, this replaces a 5-gal. water bottle cooler, about 30 years old. When set on "3", drinks are not quite as cold as the old cooler, but sufficient. Unit runs quietly, but there is a soft "clunk" when the compressor cycles on and off. It bothers no one, however. If you place tall containers in the door compartment, they sometimes fall out when the door is opened.
