Fridge great, but cold(er) box is not a freezer

Freezer compartment doesn’t quite freeze completely even on “5” the highest setting. In hindsight I wish I would have ordered a more expensive under counter model with a separate and true freezer and paid the extra money.

It makes this strange little dinging pop noise every so often though, but it’s not enough to bother me. I tried to switch the way the door opens but the screws were so tightly screwed in that they stripped as soon as I tried to unscrew them so now they’re stuck like that.
