Ice cream has a lower freezing temperature than water and may require a bit of a colder environment to get frozen. Please ensure that the freezer compartment is sealing properly and that items in the refrigerator section are spaced evenly to ensure air can flow between them - this should help prevent freezing if the temperature is adjusted. Great little dorm fridge
