The item arrived and had a significant dent in one of the corners on top and had other minor banged up spots. I notified Best Buy and they quickly sent out a replacement. When that arrived, it was also damaged. The box looked ok and the foam packing looked ok on both, so I can only surmise that the damage happened on Frigidare's end. Makes me wonder about their quality control. I just decided to keep the second one, it keeps the drinks cool, which is what I wanted. It's just disappointing to continually getting damaged versions. Returning the first one has been a disaster, it is still currently sitting in my garage because UPS won't pick it up without an extra payment (above what the Best Buy label covers) and Best Buy refuses to give me a new label that would cover the cost of pickup. And during a pandemic, I'm not about to go to a store when there are local stay at home recommendations when I should be able to have it picked up at my home.
