This item arrive with 2 dents front and rear. Also unit is misrepresented (it has no incandescent lighting) in fact it has no light inside of fridge. I was willing to keep fridge if they offered it at the current advertised open box price of 156.99, (I paid 189.99). Instead they offered a 9 dollar credit.....really, 180 bucks for a dented fridge with not light as advertised.....Ill be returning it so they can eat the loss.....see, this is why they are shuttering stores, Best Buy, you'll be out of business in the next year....You just lost a good customer...

It was delivered to my house and after I brought it to college I noticed a few cracks and dents. The fridge works great but it is really loud when it turns on. The fridge is great but I don't recommend the delivery or storage facility.

I bought this for my son's dorm room on 8/12/22 and we got it set up, thought it was working correctly, but my son just informed me yesterday 9/14 that he's just noticed the fridge not cooling and the freezer not working at all. Customer support said it's outside of 30 days so it can be returned or exchanged!? Complete waste of $200!!

A little TOO "mini".

The mechanics are contained in it. Also, the half shelf bends under the weight of bottles, and I fear it's going to snap eventually. The shelves aren't arranged well. I purchased this appliance in the hopes it would hold more beverages than my older "cubey" fridge. It doesn't, at least not markedly so. Hope the Energy Star rating makes it worth the price.
