    I bought this for my dorm room. It was delivered to my house and after I brought it to college I noticed a few cracks and dents. The fridge works great but it is really loud when it turns on. The fridge is great but I don't recommend the delivery or storage facility.

    Don't buy this refrigerator!! If I could give it a 0 rating I would!? I bought this for my son's dorm room on 8/12/22 and we got it set up, thought it was working correctly, but my son just informed me yesterday 9/14 that he's just noticed the fridge not cooling and the freezer not working at all. Customer support said it's outside of 30 days so it can be returned or exchanged!? Complete waste of $200!!

    Overall, an average product. Makes an annoying sound after every few hours. Also, the freezer section was bent when we received the refrigerator

    Freezer section barely works, have to turn the whole thing up to 5 to get it to freeze at which point everything else does too.

    Sufficient enough to keep water and other drinks cold. Great value for the price point. A little finicky to get out the packaging and takes awhile to get cold.

    I dont know how many stars to give, as i never used ithe fridge. As i received the fridge dented and received a dented replacement which i requested a replacement. I was denied replacement as they had already replaced once. I received refund and awaiting a pickup and still without a fridge after a month.

    Best Buy website says door is reversible. It is not. After 1 hour and 37 minutes of phone calls, Frigidaire says it is not. Blamed it on a genetic manual.

    Nice little refrigerator, but the top shelf arrived broken and unusable. Have not had any luck connecting with anyone who is able to provide a replacement part.

    A little TOO "mini".

    I'm disappointed that there's a large section of the bottom shelf of this fridge that is unusable. The mechanics are contained in it. Also, the half shelf bends under the weight of bottles, and I fear it's going to snap eventually. The shelves aren't arranged well. I purchased this appliance in the hopes it would hold more beverages than my older "cubey" fridge. It doesn't, at least not markedly so. Hope the Energy Star rating makes it worth the price.

    Does anybody listen to these things or read them?

    We referred to came with buck's knife cuts on both corners at the top. I've called about this and written about it before. I talk to your customer service people and love messages. Nobody seems to really care. So am I wasting my time again? I have photos already taken but this does not allow me to add them. You want them get back to me.

    Overall it does the job it supposed to but I have had better fridges for about the same money. However, it was in stock and available for delivery so that helped.

    Missing part

    Missing part. Once I got it home , opened the box, set it up we had a missing leg leveler. Hassle to take back and get a new one so we improvised. I find that this happens a lot when purchasing. My husband did not want to box it up again and return. I would have had no problem in doing so. And here we are. I am disappointed once again.
