Am really disappointed but am done waiting the week or two just to get another dented product.

The second has a small break in the plastic of the door hinge but works great. Temp gauge is touchy and after a few attempts, I managed it to stop freezing items.

My issue is that after taking it out of the box there were 2 noticeable dents in the door. It wasn't worth the hassle to re-package so ended up keeping it and using in my office at work.
