    Worked absolutely great for 8 weeks. Sleek, quiet, and kept everything very cool. Unfortunately, at right about the 8 week mark, I went to go and grab something from it, but everything was warm and it had defrosted. No issue, I will just call Frigidaire for a warranty claim. Wrong. The first person I spoke to told me that they could not assist me until I had unplugged the unit for 30 minites and plugged it back in. So I did that, and of course it didn’t work, so I called back. Spoke to a very nice woman who was helping me, and then I mentioned that I had the unit in my office. She immediately placed me on hold, and 30 linutes later came back and told me that they had voided my warranty as it was being used for commercial purposes. I explained that I needed the mini frodge in my office to a) put my lunch in and some drinks, but b) I need medication thrhoughout the day that happen to need to be refrigerated. She basically said that wasnt her fault and that I was using the unit for commercial purposes and that my warranty was now voided, 8 weeks into my purchase. I then asked her what I was supposed to do, and she gave me the phone number to several repair companies (all of who were more expensive than the fridge in the forst place), and then suggested that I just purchase a new fridge to replace my already brand new 8 week old fridge. I will never recommend this unit again just for the experience I had

    This fridge worked perfectly from September 2020 until March 2025, when it just quit working. My 2 year Greek Squad coverage is expired, so no luck. It costs $60 more now than it did then and I'm hesitant to buy it again if it will only last 4 years. Bummer!

    The fridge took forever to get here because they couldn't fine the place. There is a dent on the side of the door. Probably won't order from Best Buy again.

    Does the job but got broken after 3yrs of usage. Called customer service for the repair but was told that this could not be fixed and just dump it.

    Save your Money---Buy a different BRAND

    Purchased this fridge about 1-1/2 years ago. just long enough for the manufactures warranty to expire. Any how woke one morning to hear the compressor pumping but no cold air within the fridge. had a repair tech come out. after a good hour I was informed the unit was no good. I was informed the unit does not use a fan like other refrigerators. Instead the company has routed Freon lines around the external case. Long story short if it goes out the fridge is deemed junk. for 170.00 dollars buy a different brand! very disappointed I personally will not be buying Frigidaire again.

    Uneven cooling spoils food, Ice block in freezer

    Not writing this for a $400 gift card. Awful, completely uneven cooling. If temp set low food spoils yet freezer builds up ice block. Set temp so food won't spoil freezer still bigger ice block. Constant humidity despite in airy space.

    The fridge came wrapped in protective film and had five (we have the pics) big dents in it. They wrapped a product that had five big dents in it. And shipped it anyway. Pathetic. Probably will make me not buy anything from Best Buy again. I called to complain and they wanted me to crate it back up, but I'm old and I did not want to do that. So they gave me a small credit on my credit card.

    Still awaiting a return pick up

    Original unit was delivered with broken attachments. One month later, the original unit is still awaiting pick up by ups. I did receive another unit that seems to be working properly so far.
