After nearly 2 hours of holding, transfers, and relaying the details of the missing part to Frigidaire, I was told they do not provide replacement parts for this item & I would have to replace the entire unit (under warranty)...What? for a simple missing part? Turns out they simply slap their name on someone else's fridge...save money and buy the no-name...its the same.

Quit working with a warranty not supported by BB

So it worked for about 9 months. It has a one year manufacturer warranty. I just called Best Buy and was told I have to call Frigidaire. So Best Buy still sells this exact unit. Instead of Best Buy taking care of loyal customer they shove me off to the manufacturer. Why not exchange me out a new unit and Best Buy could take it up with the manufacturer? Ohhhhh I forgot they want to sell those money making Geek Squad warranties. Will look to buy items like this elsewhere in the future.

Smaller than stated poor freezer & refrig function
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The freezer compartment shelf, as a divider, consumes refrig space. The freezer does a poor job of keeping foods like pizza solidly frozen. If items are in contact or very close to the refrig compartment back wall it gets frozen. I like the sealed freezer door idea to confine frozen from cold, if it only worked! Temp setting is between 1/16" & 1/8" from max. on a 360 deg. rotary control to keep refrig at 35 and freezer at 30 but there's plenty of ice droplets on the refrig back wall. Poorest excuse for an appliance ever purchased. I like the absence of an exposed condenser coil on the back of the cabinet. Don't waste your money on this thing! It's way beyond my comprehension why anybody would give this product a positive review on function or space. Cosmetically looks great, functionally poorly designed.

Posted .I hate to hear about your refrigerator experience, Hans. I recommend making sure that the freezer temperature is set to a colder setting. Also, you may want to make sure that the gasket is sealing properly to prevent warm air from coming in causing the ice droplets. I hope this helps! Kindly, Courtney

Description is Not Accurate
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this item online. It indicates it is a black refrigerator although the picture shows silver. In additions it states that there is a crisper drawer in this model. There isn't. There is another model that states it is silver with black sides and with no crisper drawer. However, this model appears to be identical to that model as it too is silver with black sides and has no crisper. I am sure the refrigerator is quite nice. It's just not the item described and therefore was returned without testing. I hope this helps someone else not make the mistake I did. After loading this into our car and hauling it home and then upstairs to learn it wasn't the correct item, well, it was not a very pleasant experience. If having an all black refrigerator is important to you, do not order this model.

uneven performance

Temperature is uneven and worst of all, the fridge requires defrosting every month, a real hassle. I would not recommend buying it.

crapped out soon as warranty was up
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.bought this.. worked great for a year.. soon as warranty was up it crapped out. so lasted about a year and Frigidaire cant be bothered to even help me troubleshoot it over the phone so i can atleast try to fix it out of pocket.

Badly damaged both times when received

However when I received the first order by UPS when I took it out of the box it was damaged in multiple areas. A replacement was shipped out and again the product is damaged. If you order this item I suggest you open the box before the UPS person leaves. Neither time was the box damaged just the product inside.

Not a good beer refrig
