Damaged in the box

The box was fine, which means the factory knowingly packed and speed it like that. I found out only when we opened it at my daughter's dorm. I chose not to drag it down 4 floors since it seems to be working, but I don't trust the manufacturer now.

We have been using it for about 2 years without any problems. The only compalin is that the design of its inside: It's space is limited and not as useful as other refrigerators with similar size.
