Defective! Everything froze in fridge

I set the fridge (and freezer) temperature right in the middle where it states "Recommended". This morning, everything in the fridge was frozen. I could have exchanged for another one of the same model, but I'm not happy about a few other things: 1) Noise - It makes a buzzing noise at all time, 2) Both the fridge and the freezer doors don't close on their own once opened - I don't know what is in the way but both doors require to be pushed closed. I've had a Frigidaire in the past but maybe the quality has gone down. The freezer seems to work fine.

The first time was only 2 weeks after purchase and the refrigerator was replaced. Then, 5 months later the condenser went again. Now, because the purchase is beyond the 30 day return policy, they had to send out a local repair company to try to fix it. I have spent hours on the phone with Best Buy, Frigidaire and the local repair company who have told me they are unable to get the condenser to fix it. So, I am stuck with a refrigerator that does not work at all, a repair company that can not fix it, and I can not get a refund from Best Buy. DO NOT BUY!!!! You will regret it.

The freezer may freeze some dayys annd then not work properly other days. I ourchased this fridge in Feb 2023 and it has been giving me issues ever since. It has not been repaired after countless times of reaching out. This is a horrible fridge.
